This is the first pose, took a while to get it configured properly, then print it, then edit, then print again haha. last one was a success, gladly. Gonna check again and see if I can possibly get a better result from supporting it better, possibly.

BUT! This is the pose 1!

Today's miniature-related hack: I wanted to magnetize a turret, but this would have required two quite large magnets due to the size of the holes. Instead, I tin snipped up some 28 gauge galvanized sheet steel into a round(ish) piece, stuck that underneath, then used a smaller magnet on the turret. Worked well, and feels quite clever.

Some behind the scenes, showing some of the more "cut to each object" separately. Currently I have to yet prepare and adjust several things untill it's printable, and of course lower the file size haha. Right now it's 1.5GB.

Gonna cut certain parts, fill other parts too to make sure it prints flawlesly and it's strong and tough once printed.

Monday was #WarhammerAlliance evening, played #werewolves with the students and had a flat tyre when I wanted to drive home.

Tuesday was a stressful day in school and I rekt the gear shifter on my bike when riding home. Painted a therapy #RangersOfShadowDeep ogre.

Tonight I worked on my #TrenchCrusade bunker with my trial paint scheme. No traffic issues.

The very first test prints of three parts of my #NeXT #MegaPixel display. And oh boy… the middle part (that one with the ribs) is a nightmare for #FDM printing! Horrible post processing getting rid of the support material! This is wh. y I'm thinking of buying a resin printer. The customers will appreciate it too. Because the parts will have WAY BETTER surface quality!

In 2020 I started to build Dioramas. I started 4 of them and to this day haven't finished a single one.
BUT, about a week ago I decided to give up on this hobby and somehow that helped with hitting the finish line with the newest diorama, a book nook. The plan is to add cotton wool to cover the LEDs, to create a cloudy landscape and put a glass panel in front.
(The house has light too).

I hope this picture conveys how badass this looks. A bigature of my miniature amp stack. This is about 33 cm (~ 13 in) tall.

I made a mushroom house. It's kinda based on one posted in Maybell Eequay's comics a few months ago.

Leaves are fake, I made them so they will forever be fresh and bright.

Spent some time on these famous droids today. Happy with how they're turning out. Thankfully when they're not getting medals they're pretty grimy.
